Under 40, 40-50, and over 50.
There is also an award for anyone who can beat the best finishing times:
Men: 35.34 mins (Martin Lyons 2010),
Women:45.07 (Rachel Mannion 2010).

Teams
Why not get your workmates or friends together and race against other local businesses and organisations. Teams can be made up of 3 or 4 people. The times of the first 3 across the line is averaged out, the winner is the team with the lowest average.
First team get a perpetual shield as well as an individual trophy for each team member to keep. Trophies for 2nd and 3rd team as well.
Entry Fee: €10 individuals, €25 Teams.
Medals for all finishers.
